Eligibility for Returns / Replacements

We offer refunds or replacements in the following cases ONLY:

  • You received the wrong product, or
  • You received a damaged product, or
  • You received an expired product, or
  • You have received an empty package

Return Request Process

  • If you receive a wrong, damaged, or expired product, please email us at rugavelskincare@gmail.com requesting a return/replacement.
  • Kindly include relevant proof such as images and emails.
  • The request must be raised within 7 (seven) days from the date of delivery.
  • No return or replacement requests will be accepted after 7 days from delivery.

Unboxing Requirement

A clear unboxing video is mandatory for all damaged, wrong, tampered, missing, or expiry product claims. The video must show the package being opened, the clear shipping label, and the condition of the product, including a clear view of the expiry date. Claims without a valid unboxing video will not be processed.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.
  • Orders that have not been shipped can be cancelled.

Processing Time

  • Please allow a maximum of 48 hours of time for our team to review your request.
  • Once approved, we will initiate a reverse pickup. Our courier partner will collect the product from your doorstep.

Refund Process

  • After receiving the returned product, our team will inspect it.
  • Approved refund will be credited to the original payment method within 5-7 Business days.
  • Exchange/replacement deliveries will be done within 5-7 Business days.
